Southern Style Breakfast Pizza

This simple recipe is great for cold morning or cold nights! We love breakfast for dinner around our house and this yummy breakfast pizza always hits the spot. This can be popped in the oven on Thanksgiving morning and you'll be set to watch the parade! Here's the scoop!

What you need:
2 packages of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls (other brands work great too)
1 lb of breakfast sausage (browned in a skillet and drained on a paper towel)
1 cup shreded hashbrowns or potatoes o'brien (I use the o'brien because of the onions and peppers)
1 cup shreded cheese (use your favorite or colby jack like I do)
3 uncooked eggs (beat them in a bowl with salt and pepper)
Parmasan Cheese

Here's what you do:
On a foil lined baking sheet or pizza pan use the cresent rolls to make a pizza crust. Press the triangles together and make sure to make raised sides so that all your ingredients stay on the pizza.

Add your browned sausage, hashbrowns, cheese to the top of your pizza crust. Then pour beaten eggs over the top of the entire pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese!

In a 350 degrees preheated oven cook pizza for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and cresent roll edges of your pizza are browned.

Remove from oven, let cool 5 mins and slice with a pizza cutter!

Please feel free to add any yummy ingredients you want! The more the merrier. Try mushrooms, spinich, turkey sausage or cheddar cheese!

Such an easy recipe and oh so yummy! This would be great to cut into squares for a potluck dinner, take to school for a Teacher breakfast or serve to family and friends on the morning of a holiday.

Each pizza makes about 7-8 regular sized pizza triangles! Try it and let us know how yours came out!
